With her Pilates Reformer certification and personal experience using Pilates in physical therapy, Katie crafts sessions that build deep core strength and restore balance.
As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a BS in Kinesiology, Katie designs functional training programs that build real-world strength and lasting mobility.
Katie's journey into movement began not in a gym, but in physical therapy. After struggling with lower back and synovial joint pain, she discovered Pilates as part of her recovery — and never looked back.
She went on to practice yoga at Washington Park, completing her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification, followed by a Pilates Reformer certification. With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from Miami University and her ACE Certified Personal Trainer credential, Katie brings both lived experience and academic depth to every session.
Her specialty: combining the flexibility of yoga with the strength of Pilates to create sessions built on power, balance, and elegance.
